Genea is an award-winning editor of independent films, documentaries and television commercials.  Her most recent works include the ITVS documentary Reserved to Fight (2007), Minimum Wage a feature-length documentary about the working poor and the independent feature Bonneville (2006), starring Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates and Joan Allen.  In 2004, Genea started Girlfilm Productions.  Genea earned her Masters of Fine Arts in Film Studies from the University of Utah.
